After thorough evaluation and careful consideration, the GP Partners at the practice have arrived at the decision to propose the closure of the Westbourne Branch Surgery located at The Square, Westbourne PO10 8UE.

Important: Access to eConsult
We are now opening the eConsult service at 8:00 AM Monday to Friday.
Please note: when we have reached our safe working capacity for the day eConsult’s will be turned off until the following working day.
We encourage you to complete the eConsult form online, and your request will be reviewed by a member of our team as quickly as possible. This ensures that we can address your healthcare needs in a timely and efficient way.
If you are unable to complete an eConsult and require an appointment with a nurse or need to speak to a receptionist about anything else please call the practice.
Use the NHS App for eConsult
You can also complete your eConsult using the NHS App – a simple, secure way to access a range of NHS services directly from your smartphone or tablet.
The NHS App allows you to:
- Check your symptoms and get instant advice
- Book appointments with your GP
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View your GP medical records
If you already use online access, you can continue to use it alongside the NHS App for added convenience.
