Blue Badge applications are dealt with by the local council that you live in and you can make the application online (www.gov.uk/apply-blue-badge) or you can ask them to send you a form. Blue badge applications in Hampshire can be accessed here.

They may ask for a patient summary which we can provide free of charge.

Sometimes they may need more specific information and why if affects you.

This would involve you asking for a letter from your GP and there is a fee of £40 for doing this non-NHS work for you.
