Minor Injuries?
We encourage you to complete the eConsult form online, and your request will be reviewed by a member of our team as quickly as possible. This ensures that we can address your healthcare needs in a timely and efficient way.
If you are unable to complete an eConsult and require an appointment with a nurse or need to speak to a receptionist about anything else, please call the practice.
eConsult lets you consult with your NHS GP online by completing a quick form that is sent and reviewed by the practice. You can also be directed to patient self-help, pharmacy advice and local self-referral services.
eConsult’s are for routine matters only. If you have an urgent clinical need, please telephone the practice so we can prioritise your care appropriately.
Use the NHS App for eConsult
You can also complete your eConsult using the NHS App – a simple, secure way to access a range of NHS services directly from your smartphone or tablet.
The NHS App allows you to:
- Check your symptoms and get instant advice
- Book appointments with your GP
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View your GP medical records
If you already use online access, you can continue to use it alongside the NHS App for added convenience.
